Design / Build

The construction industry is ever changing and evolving for new methods of developing and building projects.  Hoeft Builders Inc. has had a great deal of success with what we believe is the most efficient method of construction, Design/Build services. 

The Design/Build process at Hoeft Builders Inc. works like this:
A client will come to us with an idea for a new facility such as a medical office building.  Hoeft Builders Inc. will begin immediately by sitting down with the client to discuss their space needs, time constraints and cost concerns.  We will then put together a preliminary cost estimate for construction, lease terms (if needed), financing assistance, etc.  As this is fine tuned, Hoeft Builders Inc. will also help with site selection and land purchase negotiations.

Under the Design/Build method, Hoeft Builders Inc. will hire the appropriate architect for the clients needs, design the building, and begin construction as soon as possible.  This process allows the project to move along much faster, keeps design and construction costs low by controlling all aspects of the project, and allows the owner as much or as little interaction as they would like. 

Design/Build Construction is what Hoeft Builders Inc. strives for on every project.  It is the most efficient and cost effective method to build any project and we would be happy to work with any client for any type of commercial project.

General Contracting

Hoeft Builders Inc. was founded on the traditional General Contracting method of construction.  If our customer has an architect prepared plan, we will analyze the design, provide an estimate and begin construction as soon as the customer feels comfortable.

Hoeft Builders Inc. will provide all aspects of the construction process including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection and overall project coordination.  Our clients for General Contracting include major national retailers, grocery stores, car dealerships, office buildings, industrial facilities, medical facilities and multi-family residential.

The Hoeft Builders Inc. General Contracting team and process has been in place for over 25 years and has established countless successful relationships and projects.

Construction Management

Hoeft Builders Inc. performs a great deal of construction management functions for our clients.  We will perform one or all of the tasks listed below to ensure that your project is brought together on time, on budget and within the highest quality.

Real Estate Development

Hoeft Builders Inc. is partnered with several large-scale commercial development firms, as well as our own in-house development team. If your organization has a need for a building, Hoeft Builders Inc. will work with our customers on the site location, acquisition, design/build, and financing of the project. Hoeft Builders Inc. will aid in the acquisition of financing and even stay in as an ownership partner if needed.
