Tagalong Golf Resort

BHI was selected as the general contractor to build thirty-two new luxury condominiums at the established Tagalong Golf Resort in Birchwood, WI. Four separate wood-framed buildings were created, up to four stories tall. Exterior materials were primarily stucco and stone, and were designed to be maintenance-free.

Excavation was begun in winter, with units completed for occupancy in late spring. Special consideration was given to the sensitivity of the sites, which bordered both Red Cedar Lake and the existing Tagalong golf course.
