"I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for your efforts in the build-out of our newest Erbert & Gerbert's location on Clairemont Avenue.  This is the fourth store we've developed over the past fifteen years and it was by far the best experience ever.  The project was letter perfect from start to finish.  Chris Peterson and Chris Colle provided overall coordination and day to day management of the subcontractors.  Each time we thought we had hit a snag because of a franchise company construction change, we heard the phrase "no problem" and a solution was provided at little additional expense and no time delay.  Even your team of subcontractors were excellent to work with.  I was on site each day doing one thing or another and they each were prompt, courteous and instructive.  In the end, I think it is fair to say that I made several new friends that we'll use again and again.  At the nearing completion of the project it appeared our opening was going to be delayed because the asphalt plant was not going to open for another month.  We decided to use concrete for our drive thru instead and we opened on time.  Even with this last minute change and other construction projects in process, a crew was made available and no time was lost.  I have said on more than one occasion that if we decide to build another location in or around Eau Claire, we won't even consider it without Hoeft Builders.  Thank you so much."
