Due to the great success from both construction and operations of the Inver Grove Heights memory facility, Hoeft Builders Inc. was once again selected for the General Contracting of a White Pine Senior Living memory care facility.  This 44-unit building was very similar to the Inver Grove Heights project, but it was set on a very challenging site.  Again,  Hoeft Builders Inc. was able to select a site contractor with the experience to handle such a challenge.  Our team was able to overcome the extremely tough terrain, as well as record snow falls, to ensure the building was turned over on time and under budget.  Once again, White Pines Senior Living was able to fill the building in a matter of months, limiting risk to the operator and ensuring continued success.
