Hoeft Builders Inc. was selected as the negotiated General Contractor on the memory care facility at White Pine Senior Living in Inver Grove Heights, MN.  White Pine Senior Living is a highly respected, privately held senior living operator in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  White Pines Senior Living and Hoeft Builders Inc. worked together through the planning and financing stages of this project.  Through detailed scheduling, excellent subcontractors, and a very experienced Hoeft Builders Inc. project management team, the project came in under budget and was delivered early.  The facility opened very successfully, filling to capacity within weeks.
